Tryouts

Victorium Volleyball intends to offer and sign the majority of players on tryout day. Region teams will consist of 12 players, and National or Open travel teams will consist of 10-12 players. All will receive quality training and the opportunity to earn play time at tournaments and Qualifiers. Some rosters may need to be finalized after tryouts. Once you accept our offer, the roster spot is yours. We will communicate expectations prior to and throughout tryouts so that every athlete feels informed and confident going through the process. We will evaluate each athlete’s overall skill set as well as court awareness and game play. We will be impartial and fair when evaluating all participants to ensure an equal opportunity to make a team.
