Beth Lemke

Lead Coach for Club & All Skills Academy

Beth is a seasoned volleyball coach, with 20 years of club and high school coaching experience. Some of her proudest coaching moments include winning back to back high school state titles while at Northwest Christian and being named Arizona Republic small school coach of the year in 2011.

Beth loves the game of volleyball and is passionate about helping young athletes find that same love for the sport, while having fun improving their game. She also believes that through volleyball many life lessons are learned, including teamwork, respect, camaraderie, time management and how to deal with adversity. Beth’s coaching style focuses on the complete growth process of each player and even though she’s very competitive and wants to win, she doesn’t get caught up in the results. Beth will be our lead coach for Victorium Volleyball. Beth will also lead our weekly All Skills Academy.

Beth is married to Jeff and has 3 grown children – Sarah, Anne and Tom.
